Esperanto is an international auxiliary language created by Polish doctor L. L. Zamenhof in 1887. The number of speakers over the world is estimated to be around 1 million.
Esperanto is an easy-to-learn language with the following features:
1) Simple pronunciation.
2) Rich vocabulary mainly based on European languages
3) Simple grammar without exceptions
We, the members of the Itabashi Esperanto club, learn Esperanto at Narimasu, Itabashi-ku, Tokyo from 10 to 12 o'clock on the first and third Saturday of every month. Don't you think it's interesting to communicate with people in Japan in a language other than Japanese?
